The Prado is an award-winning, full service restaurant located in the House of Hospitality at Balboa Park, the nation’s largest urban cultural park. Balboa Park is one of the oldest spaces in the U.S. dedicated to public use, and its buildings are a National Historic Landmark District. A few of its many features include the San Diego Museum of Art, The Old Globe, the San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Museum of Man, and a wide variety of gardens. The Prado, a Spanish Colonial style building, is flanked by several of the Park’s museums as well as the outdoor Spreckels Organ Pavilion, which offers a Twilight in the Park summer concert series from June to August. The opening night party will take place throughout the House of Hospitality, which includes indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as a grand ballroom. Layered clothing is recommended!
