Moderated by experienced professionals from the field, these series offer geographically separated theatre professionals the opportunity to share information and ideas and to work with peers to find solutions to common problems. Agendas are directed by the needs and interests of the participants, with assistance from the moderator and TCG staff. Participation in the Theatre Professionals Teleconferences is open only to TCG Member Theatre staff.

Dot King attended Georgetown University and graduated from the University of Louisville. She majored in broadcast communications and worked for a time in sports information. A week after graduation, Dot started working at Actors Theatre of Louisville as the Receptionist and Administrative assistant (8 years). She loved hosting the athletes in Louisville and organizing housing and travel for them which led her to applying to be the Company Manager at Actors Theatre of Louisville. In the 2007-2008 Season Dot started as the Company Manager (12 years) and is now celebrating her 20th season at Actors Theatre of Louisville. In addition to her Company Management responsibilities, she has served on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council for the past three years, participates in many social impact groups in the city, and volunteers, and has a great passion to give back to her Church and their Youth and Family ministry. Moderator for Finance Directors
Glenda Fishman
Director of Financial Management
Huntington Theatre Company

Glenda Fishman joined the Huntington Theatre Company in May 2010 with a 30+ year career in financial management of non-profit, retail and professional service organizations and a fanatic interest in the performing arts, particularly theatre. Glenda is a CPA and has an MBA degree from Harvard Business School, an MA in economics from Brown and a BA from Wellesley College. Although never having performed in or worked on a theatre production or in a theatre, Glenda attends live performances weekly, both in the Boston area and while traveling to other cities. When travels take her to cities with non-profit theatres, she tries to contact and meet with finance staff in those theatres. This position perfectly combines her work experience and extracurricular passions and is providing the theatre education that she missed in her earlier life.
