In light of the ever-pressing need for a more candid conversation between grant makers and grant seekers, we have created the Funder Affiliate category. This affiliation will be useful to your organization in understanding the issues facing the not-for-profit national theatre community—a help in benchmarking theatre activity in your own community and a tool in helping you craft more responsive and timely grant programs. We hope that by giving you an inside track on a dialogue that is both more comprehensive and more candid than the conversation possible in most grant review procedures, the philanthropic relationship will become a healthier one and that our collective futures may be strengthened.
