Bracken Moor

Alexi Kaye Campbell

Nick Hern Books

“Somewhere between An Inspector Calls and The Woman in Black... I jumped out of my seat.” — The Times

“A superior kind of ghost story... intellectually as well as emotionally haunting.” The Stage

A boldly theatrical tale of grief and denial, set against the economic crisis of the 1930s.

After years apart, two families come together to rediscover their lost friendship. Instead, they conjure up the spirit of a buried tragedy.

Presented by the Tricycle Theatre and Shared Experience, Bracken Moor premiered in June 2013.

Alexi Kaye Campbell is a playwright and actor whose plays have been staged at the Royal Court Theatre and the Bush Theatre. He received the Critics' Circle Award for Most Promising Playwright with his first play, The Pride, in 2008.
